Traveling to Manchester
Manchester is about 3.5 hours from Boston, 1.5 hours from Albany, and 4 hours from NYC. For most of our guests you should be able to drive there on the same day. For those of you flying into town, you have the option to land in Boston, MA or Albany, NY. Let us know your travel plans in your RSVP so we can help coordinate carpooling if you choose not to book airport transfer or rental car.

The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa
Stay with us at The Equinox! The resort offers a variety of accommodations that are all luxurious and provide the quintessential New England experience. If you have the time be sure to explore the Resort's Spa or other activity offerings!
Reluctant Panther
Our favorite stay and restaurant in Manchester! Just a 5-minute walk from the Equinox, every room has a cozy fireplace and unique decor giving it the best Inn experience. Shuttle service to this hotel can be provided at the end of the night to ensure you get back safely.
Hampton Inn & Suites
Hampton Inn is a 20-minute walk from the Equinox, but at the end of the night the Equinox Shuttle will be more than happy to drop you off at the Hampton to ensure you’re back safe! If you’re interested in spending time in downtown Manchester for the outlets, bookstore or restaurants this option is the closest!
The Palmer House
AirBnB Options
There are several AirBnB options to choose from. This is a great option if you want to share space with a group of friends or family. Please note our wedding is Memorial Day weekend, so some AirBnB options will require a 3-night stay. Before booking consider if you want to be within walking distance as the Resort shuttle cannot drop you off at AirBnBs!

Day of Arrival, Sites, and Transportation
Day of Arrival: Please arrive at the Equinox Golf Resort & Spa front lobby (3567 Main st, Manchester, VT 05254) no later than 4PM on Friday, May 22. Free parking is available at the back of the hotel, with the option to drop passengers off at the front entrance before parking.
Wedding Site: All wedding day events will take place at Equinox Pond and the Pond Pavillion only accessible via resort provided shuttle. Please dress accordingly!
Site Transportation: The resort provides door to door transportation to the wedding site, leaving from the front lobby of the Equinox Resort and dropping you off at Equinox Pond. The commute is about 8 minutes.
Transportation to Equinox Pond for the Ceremony is between 3:45PM - 4:15PM. No transportation will be provided between 4:15PM - 5PM to avoid interrupting the Ceremony, so please be sure to arrive early.
Transportation will resume again after the Ceremony and is available all night to all guests, but we encourage you to bring everything you need on your first trip up to the Pond so that you don't miss any of the day's events by having to go back.
If you choose to stay at the Reluctant Panther or Hampton Inn & Suites, the shuttle service will be able to drop you off at your hotel at the end of the night to ensure you get back safely!
