Please arrive by 4PM as the last shuttle from the front lobby of the Resort to the Ceremony site is at 4:15PM! If you miss the last shuttle, you will miss the ceremony and you cannot drive to the ceremony site yourself. A refreshing drink will be awaiting you upon arrival at the Ceremony site!

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the resort at the back of the building and you have the option to drop passengers off out front first. You can leave your car parked there overnight if needed! Depending on what hotel you choose to stay in, the shuttle service provided may be able to drop you off at the end of the night. See travel page for additional details.

Yes, fingers crossed! We have a rain plan that will be shared with guests if needed, but plan on an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. The reception is inside the pond pavilion that has a beautiful large fireplace but will still have an outdoor feel with screen windows. Be sure to check the weather leading up to the wedding to pack correctly!

Dress code is cocktail attire but make it colorful! Think spring flowers, pinks, purples, greens, blues. Our bridal party is wearing black, so please don't choose black!

Your invitation will list the exact names of the people from your household that we can invite. You'll find that in order to get married at a place so special to us, we had to opt for a smaller headcount. We appreciate you understanding!

The shuttle will provide transport to the wedding ceremony from 3:30PM to 4:15PM. Transport will then pause for the duration of the ceremony and resume again at the start of cocktail hour at 5PM. The shuttle will be accessible to all guests by phone (xxx) xxx-xxx. In addition to the Equinox hotel, the shuttle can also drop guests off at other select hotels in Manchester if you are drinking. If you choose to arrive Thursday night, we invite you to join us for cocktails at [Bar] at 7PM. Please indicate in your RSVP if you plan to attend. There will not be a brunch the day after the wedding.

No need! Food will be server buffet style with entree options being xx, xx, xx. Please indicate in your RSVP if you have any allergies!

Cash won’t be needed to buy drinks, but tipping the bartenders is always appreciated. It you attend drinks the night before our wedding or the wedding after party, please plan on buying your own drinks!
